Special Instructions

I understand that I or a designee (over 18 years old) MUST be available to sign release at delivery.

I understand that I understand that I or a designee (over 18 years old) will have the opportunity to inspect and count the inventory upon delivery to find it suitable for needs & in good condition.

I understand that if I or designee (over 18 years old) are not present at the time of delivery or rental items are not accessible at Pick-Up, additional charges will apply.

I understand and agree to pay replacement cost on any item (s) lost, stolen or damaged during the rental time period.

I understand that all rental items must be ready for pick-up in pre-rental condition (void of dirt and debris). Rental items MUST be stacked in increments of 10 (when applicable).

I understand to pay a reasonable cleaning charge for rental items that are returned dirty and/or wet.

I understand that I am responsible for loading & unloading rental items.

I understand that set-up requests, will incur additional costs per item (rates vary per item).

I understand that deliveries are scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00 pm the day BEFORE invoice date. I will receive a 3- hour delivery window notification, the morning of delivery.

I understand that pick-up will occur by 10:00 am the day AFTER my event. Additional costs apply for same day pick-up requests.

I understand that in the event that I need to cancel the rental up to 48 hours PRIOR to the invoice date, We Card Yards reserves the right to refund 50% of payment OR the option to reschedule for the full value paid (valid for 1 year, starting the day after original invoice date).

I understand that if I decide to cancel my rental, less than 48 hours prior to invoice date, NO monies will be refunded. WCY will work to reschedule for the full value paid (valid for 1 year, starting the day after original invoice date). Same day cancellations will NOT receive a refund or credit.

I understand that delivery is CURBSIDE only. WCY staff will not be responsible for assisting customer with moving rental equipment.

I understand if my order is placed within 3 days of my event, I will be subjected to a rush fee of 20% of total order or $50, whichever is greater.
