What does price include?
Price includes delivery, set up and take down. Special and rush orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees. We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
How do I know if my date is available?
Please check our booking page to submit your request. Someone will contact you to let you know if your date is available.
Can I place a special order?
Yes. We accept special orders placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to delivery. We need the time to design your graphic, print and ship.
How long can I rent sign?
Signs can be rented for approximately 1-2 days. Delivery and setup is completed the morning of or the night before booking and removal is typically completed night of or the morning after booking. Longer rental times are available, please request a quote.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your We Card Yards greeting. You should understand that by renting any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment. Payment is due at time of booking. Confirmation invoice will be sent to the email provided during booking. Payment can be made via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.

Delivery: Effective July 1, 2021 The greeting will be delivered between 10:00am the DAY BEFORE your event and no later than 10:00am the DAY OF your event unless other arrangements have been made with the We Card Yards. All signs will be picked up BY 8:00pm THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT. If you require a later pickup you will be assessed a charge.” All prices include delivery, set up and take down of yard greeting.

Weekend Rate: We Card Yards is closed on Sundays. The rental cost is $150 for our "Weekend Rate". Delivery of your sign will occur between 10am Saturday and no later than 10:00am Sunday. The sign will be picked up on Monday by 8:00pm.

Cancellation. Providing that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Customer must understand rescheduled date may not be available. Cancellations made the day of the scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. Any applicable refunds are subject to a processing fee.

Rush Order. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

Same day orders are not guaranteed

Order will be refunded if We Card Yards is unable to complete order

Special Order. Special orders can not be cancelled and must be ordered at least two weeks in advance.

Damage. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the We Card Yards greetings is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from We Card Yards. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. We Card Yards reserves the right to keep any damaged products. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

Inclement Weather. We will not be able to deliver your We Card Yards greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. Hazardous weather includes heavy rain, lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, high winds and any other Act of God that would put our team or rental display at risk. You will receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee.

Refund Policy. We will not refund payment for errors that occur that are not the fault of We Card Yards.
- No refunds will be given due to a wrong address provided by customer.
- No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting We Card Yards staff to remove the Yard Card display.
- No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
- No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
- No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control, including home owner associations, dog poop, holiday decorations, rocks and etc.
We Card Yards reserves the right to decline orders that are not consistent with the nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be provided. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
We Card Yards and all its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, rental period or removal of any rental.
The owner of the home or someone who lives there must be notified that a We Card Yard sign rental is being installed.
